CA Cities move to protect local revenue
Given the state’s pillaging of local city redevelopment funds, this move comes as no surprise.
If CA really wants a balanced, sustainable budget, maybe a constitutional convention is in order. I’m not familiar with the Bay Area Council but an early search doesn’t connect them to Dick Armey or other astro-turfers (this is a GOOD thing).
