Top spots for toxicity are distributed throughout the country, with Detroit, Houston, Chicago, Philadelphia, Cleveland and Los Angeles right behind it.
Every time I get on the freeway, I’m reminded of LA’s air stink, despite the massive improvements made since the 70’s.
